Banned Movies unleashes indie music's best kept secret

They are the freshest, rawest, rock and rollin' bands that will take Pinoy music to a different level. Banned Movies Pilipinas unleashes indie music's best kept secret this May 19 at Freedom Bar in Anonas. Entitled Vote for Meyor: Seymour Sanchez Gets Banned!, the event will showcase the best that indie music has to offer. Armed with this generation's angst, 10 bands of all genres will rock the night with their own brand of music. The eclectic line up includes: Pow Navarro's music encompasses rock, r&b, pop, folk and jazz. Lem's Guitar is a solid 3-piece band that wants to play music in its simplest form Linch 12 is a Laguna bred screamo punk group, the same breeding ground that gave birth to Typecast. This band is out to rock the world with eight original songs already under its belt. delakrus was formed in 2007, this band counts Keane, Elvis Costello, Ben Folds Five as its influences. With first runner up honors in the Motorola RockMoto Rock on their belt, Final Vow's music is a mixture of different musical elements. They aim to beak the boundaries of genres, making their own signature sound. Other bands in the line up include Hoodlums in Robe, Jeffplane, r-jho and the Los Chupacabras. Be the first to catch indie music's next sensation. Rock the house with them on May 19, Freedom Bar, Anonas, QC at 8PM. Tickets sold at the gate.

Lem’s Guitar is a solid 3piece band that wants to play music in its simplest form
using the drums, bass guitar and guitar with an overdrive effect only , no more no less
Lem’s Guitar was formed in 2001 playing for charity and church events the band was formerly called DIFF'RENT LIVES. The founder of the group, Lemuel and Joey, decided to change their group's name when the band's former drummer quit in January of 2007.Thus, the name "LEM'SGUITAR" was formed
Being a former christian band,it's our desire to make a difference and hopefully bring hope to people through our music.
We'll be playing Alternative Pop Rock and Blues music to reach out and spread the love of the ALMIGHTY to every soul...
