Why this name?
We were just thinking of names and Derek just shouted "We should be The Brassholes", and that was that.
Do you play live?
We play a lot in Blackfoot and Pocatello, both in Idaho. The two venues we most frequent are Club Mill and Tony's Billiards. Both two very cool places. The owner of Club Mill is one of the coolest guys ever. We had a skanking contest to see who would get a free copy of the album, and damn that guy worked for it.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Well as far as I'm concerned, I'll download a few songs, and if I like them, I'll buy an album. So for me it works out well.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Your influences?
Our favorite bands are Reel Big Fish, The Aquabats, Catch 22, Let's Go Bowling, Less Than Jake, Mustard Plug, Suburban Legends, basically any good 3rd wave ska band we love, and they are all influences.
