Well Joey is my name & I tried to fashion my name after one of my favorite hip hop producers which happened to be Marley Marl.

I spin or DJ live. I would definately love to get a radio spot or gig so I could play & let others hear all the phat sounds thats not getting play on most radio stations & clubs.

I won't know 'till my stuff is out there bangin' in everyone's sound system (car or truck stereo, walkmans, MP3 players, your home or work's computer, etc., you get the picture). I'm not a person who downloads music very often cause I'm a vinylholik & I love buying music on the vinyl format, just to let you know. I want my music to change the way industry makes music not because of a certain format it is presented on.

Hell yeah I'll sign to any major label, but on my termz, not anyone else's!!!!! A lot artist are so eager to sign a recording deal/contract without reading any paperwork or legel documents & wonder why they are being jerked & screwed in the end. Signing to a major or independent label will not effect my music at all, just the limits of how much I can put out at one time (seasonally).

I've been DJing & producing (on a small scale) for too long is all you need to know, really!

I have a lot of influences depending on specific things about my production & the way I attack certain problems musically; but, it all comes down to me just loving real good music regardless of what it is.
