I've been a songwriter ever since i got my first guitar at 13, over the years i have recorded on everything from little tape decks to nowadays my daw.

Most of my songs are based on personal experiences, either my own or those close to me and even tho im getting on a bit now:), i'd like to think that im still growing as a person and an artist.
Why this name?
The name came easy, as its been a part of me for a long old time:)
Do you play live?
I'm just starting to get out and about playing open mics first and then hopefully gigs with a band or on my own.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Its been good in that its so easy to reach a massive audience, and with the growth of sites like this and others like itunes, napster etc it gives us indie artists a chance to get our music heard and hopefully appreciated!.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, who wouldn't turn down the chance of fame and fortune, but if i move anybody's emotions with any of my tunes, that makes it worthwhile, even if i have to stay poor:)
Band History:
I've been in a band as a bass player, but for the main i've always written on my own and played everything myself.
Your influences?

I have a wide taste in music and i think this reflects in my sound, theres defintely a beatle tinge to a lot of my songs as they have been a big part of my life for as long as i can remember, also you may hear hints of Pink Floyd, Ennio Morricone, britpop:), 70s rock and classical all thrown in to the mix.
Favorite spot?
Has to be Strawberry Fields in central park in NYC.
Equipment used:

I am really first and foremost a guitarist, i cant play very fast but like to think i have a decent touch and can knock out a decent solo if pushed!.

For my instruments my main guitar is a early Fender Squire Stratocaster Japanese model, usually i think rated as one of the best strat copies ever made, my dream is still to own a real strat tho!!.

I also have a Jasmine Takamine electro - acoustic, an Eastwood acoustic,a faith electro Acoustic, and a epiphone violin bass and an encore bass, i've also got a ukelele, harmonica, midi keyboard and a trusty tambourine.

For recording i use a Yamaha n12 into a P4 PC , always at 24/96, my main mic is an Oktava MK-013, i've also got a samson and a couple of (even cheaper) dynamic ones.

Anything else...?
Any comments, feedback on this page and my music is always welcome!!
