I was born in a far-away galaxy many Earth-years ago. Mama Skillz and Papa Skillz told me that one day, I'd be destined to make the world a better place...

Okay, so that's not true - but how cool would it be if it was?!

The truth, boring as it may be, is that I'm just a guy who loves to create. I also am known as DCT, mild-mannered music lover and owner of Urbanizm Music. My shape of my creations depends on my mood, but are usually of the hip-hop variety.

People often contact me and ask me if I sell my instrumentals and/or remixing services; the answer is yes. The price is negotiable, I'm suited to virtually all budgets. I don't give away stuff for free - I don't say that to be a prick, but this is my full-time job and I have a family to support.

I welcome you to my page, and hope you enjoy what you hear. And if you do, tell a friend!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It gives artists more opportunity to showcase their product. The internet shows that you don't NEED a record deal to release your goods, or grow a fanbase. And as far as already established artists are concerned, the internet helps to connect with fans on a more personal level...there's only so much interaction you can do at a concert or personal appearance!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depending on the circumstances...If I wasn't forced to create music that wasn't natural, or wasn't 'me,' then I'd have no problem signing.
