"Symphonic Trance"
Why this name?
Well you see, I'm really into philosophy - in fact, I'd consider it a hobby in itself - and there's a famous phrase I like which was spoken by Heraclitus: "Everything is flux."
Do you play live?
No, I sit in a comfortable chair and play God with my computer.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Digital distribution of any form of entertainment allows artists to be more independent and thus more creative.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I only have so much time I can devote to music. I'd prefer to do it independently.
Band History:
I've played piano since age 6 and trumpet since 12. I started composing at 13.
Your influences?
I like any music with moving chord progressions, minor tonality, and intense style. I'm mostly influenced by Romantic classical music, film scores, and Dutch trance.
