Shake-3 The Producer
» go to the music page for more
This is Shake-3 for...Shake'em Down Productions. I'm a Producer that is trying to get my music beyond my city. I'll have beats later on in this site. But I got these songs on here to show the potential of me and my artist I'm Producing for. I make beats for gutter niggas. So if you don't like gutter music this isn't the music for you. I'm a versatile producer, I also do R&B tracks as well. I sell beats, I don't have to brag on my music. I let my music speak for it self.
Why this name?
I choose the name because my name is Shake-3. Since I make beats I wanted something that had wasn't my actual name, but was related to the name. So I came up with Shake'em Down Productions. Plus I had been making beats with out 808s for so long. Now I got them, So now I'm "SHAKING" The block down.
Do you play live?
I do some of my beats live. My rendition of live is making a beats with out a pattern. I don't play live as in playing in front of people or for a band.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It change the music in a positive and a negative way. The positive: Is more people will hear your music who wouldn't normally. The negative: It hurt the sell of albums that drop.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Right now...No. I'm comfortable being underground and being my own boss plus having creative control. I'm a freeagent and have the freedom to do what ever I want.
Timbaland, Swiss, Chris "D.C" Robinson, DeVante Swing
Yamaha Motif, MPC, and Pro tools
I make music for all type of genre, but prefer making music for gutter people. I sell beats for cheap because I know what it's like to want a great cd but have to get wack beats or other people music, because people charge prices like they already have a record deal.
