It's a combination of my first name and my childhood nickname.

Yes, I belonged to a band called Mercedez. Currently, I formed a band specifically for the SICK WIT THIS tour. I love doing this - it's my passion.

It makes the artist more accessible to a larger audience before they have a major record deal.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes, if it allowed me to maintain my integrity as an artist.
Your influences?
I like all the great ones - Stevie Wonder, Donnie Hathaway, and Prince. My favorite vocalist is Dave Hollister. He sings with alot of emotion. Since performing is my passion, people are going to really enjoy seeing me live.

New York and California.
