I am currently a solo artist that goes by the name Stray 26' and i am working to perfect my style and go somewhere with this music.
Why this name?
I had alot of people saying my rhymes were out of control and my parents have been saying Im out of control (a stray). The name became official when i came home drunk after finishing a 26r of vodka.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet makes things more accesible so people can download and upload music more easily. However it does subtract the need to buy CD's.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yes. Definitley.
Your influences?
I was introduced to rap music by a Will Smith record and was hooked after hearing Tupac's: Hit em Up. In school I got a taste of 50 cent and Lloyd Banks and later Eminem.
