All of my beats are FREE to download. Please read below about what "FREE"means.



FREE means the following:



~You may download the beat for FREE

~You may use the beat on your mixtape, demo, or website for FREE

~If there is no barcode on your CD it is FREE to use

~If you need to use it COMMERCIALLY, the beat can be leased or you can purchase the exclusive rights to it



LEASING



Leasing allows you to use the track on a 4000 units limit. The track remains on the site for others to download, lease, or buy exclusively. There are no royalties owed to me for a leased track. Tracking out is NOT offered on a lease.



EXCLUSIVE



You have sole ownership of the rights to the beat. Also you will get the beat tracked out. Upon purchase the beat will be removed from the site immediately. You will get a contract mailed to you, signed by me, stating that you have the rights to use the track both commercially and non-commercially for whatever it's inteded use is. Also since you will get the beat tracked out, you have the right to alter it or remix it however you see fit.



CUSTOM BEATS



The beat will be made exclusively for you. It will not be posted on this site, or anywhere else. You do not pay untill the beat is finished and you are 100% satisfied with the result. When requesting a beat to be made, please have payment ready, as customs dont generally take any more than 24 hours to complete.



PRICES FOR CUSTOMS



Prices for customs start out at $75 and can go up to $200 depending on the time spent making the beat. When you inquire about a beat and pricing, keep in mind that I fully understand that artists are on a budget, and times are hard these days especially with the economy, so I will do my best to meet your needs on a basis that we can both agree on and be happy with.
