Non-exclusive rights allow you to use the beat for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. You may sell up to 2000 units of the final project. You have the full rights to record, mix the beat/song in anyway, shape or form.

Exclusive Rights:

Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have the full rights to record, mix the beat/song in any way, shape or form. Free Beats Policy:

These beats are free for non-profit/non-commercial use. You can use these beats without commercial goals. This includes Soundclick/Myspace, demos, mixtapes etc. If you want to use the beat commercially, you have to buy a lease or the exclusive rights.
