With street cred that goes unquestioned, Young Maine aka Tramaine Pulley, is one of the most versatile artist ever. Born in the state of Illinois, as a youth, Young Maine began to study music at an early age. After moving to Indianapolis, Indiana, Young Maine began to cultivate his musical talents by playing in church settings, school functions, and in home studios. By the age of 10, Young Maine had mastered his crafts as a singer and a professional drum player. At 13, Young Maine began to structure his lyrical skills, composing all different genres that range from Rap, Gospel, Pop, and Rhythm and Blues. By the time he was 15, Young Maine had accomplished 4 years in Telecommunications as a technical producer, film developer, actor, and TV broadcaster. While completing high school and stacking more achievements, one of Young Maine’s most desirable goals was to become a professional athlete in either basketball or football. At the beginning of Young Maine’s junior year, he had successfully landed a starting position on both of his high school’s varsity teams; however Young Maine’s home-life was not that stable. His loving mother and family underwent a divorce, which had dramatically affected Young Maine’s family and lifestyle. The tragedy forced Young Maine to drop out of sports and switch schools, do to the financial strain. While being frustrated with his situation, Young Maine was determined not to fail, and decided to only persue his music career. He began to network with other artist, musicians, and producers, placing him in a position to become complete, as a professional artist, and music producer. He credits his musical gifts to God and his mother, for giving him the inspiration and desire to play the Drums, Piano, and Guitar.

He has been involved in many different business ventures, and has performed in some of the hottest underground areas in Atlanta, Georgia, promoting songs from his solo-album entitled “You Scared,” which includes Young Maine, Pepper for 1511 Productions, and the Urban City Executives. Young Maine has also been featured on hot mixed cd’s which have been hosted by the world’s famous Legend of Doom DJs.
