We're a new crew in Arcata, CA. The band name is not official yet (it's taking forever for consensus on that...). We'll be recording 10 songs in Feb '07, but it's largely DIY so probably won't be done until May.
Why this name?
After laborious back and forth on the topic for months : )
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I listen to more new music now then ever before in my life. That has Absolutely nothing to do with the radio, which is shamelessly generic. There's tons of great music being made that I know about only through the Internet.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
