Why this name?
It's My Birth sign (Aaries) I was born in the month of April...so I took that and the fact that I love the personality of the Aaries sign...we are stubborn and hotheaded at time but...we can also be very caring understanding and STRONG people...so i combined those factors & I got the name Aaries Luv......
Do you play live?
Yes I do play live but only small gigs...last place I had a gig was in A nightclub but that whole night was catered to us...we were promoting for my single........FLASHBACK......and I loved it the Photographer's , Fans, Executives, Radio Stations...all the love there was UNREAL...& and just amazing....
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
You can really get your name out there this way.......I think of it kinda as a seeding process....labels can find what they are looking for so much easier on the internet...and artists can put themselves out there ....for those labels.........so i think it is A FANTASTIC!!!!! IDEA and it's somethign that has changed music forever.....you can also get to know MILLIONS of groups all over the world that aren't MAINSTREAM!!!!!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If the OPPORTUNITY was present for me I would most definitely sign with a Major Label.....
Your influences?
I am sorta A hybrid mix of R&B and Pop/Rock....I love both genre's of music......and equally love them both...soem of my influence's are.........Usher, Marvin Gaye, Aretha Franklin, Beyonce, Al Green, Brandy, Ruben Studdard, Prince, Fantasia, Michael Jackson, Avril Lavigne, Coldplay, John Legend, Monica, ................Raheem Davaughn, and Many Many Many more there are so MANY!!!!!!!!!!
Favorite spot?
My favorite city is Manhattan(New York) it's so busy and bustlin' with people if you can make it HERE you can make it ANYWHERE.......i know that line is kinda cheesy but......it was perfect for my point IIGHT!!!!!!!1
