3RD NAIL RISING Began as a project in May of 2006.
Our songs and this album is about how our lives have changed and how the little things in life we can do thru Christ to change them to become a better person. These are the songs about my life and how God has changed me and how Jesus has affected me. This is my view on how I delt with them. From thanking God for my salvation to watching what I say to people to having the devil fear the man who died for me.
Brian became apart of the group in November 2006. After a temporary drummer could not commit. Marty interviewed and completed the group in March of 2007. After several songs were written in the mean time, we started writing and playing and forming the band as a unique style. A raw, powergroove, adrenaline pumping 3 piece with a Christian edge was produced.
We called the band 3RD NAIL RISING. The reason behind this is if the 3 nails never were taken out when Jesus was on the cross, he would have remained on the cross, instead, when that 3rd nail was taken out it allowed Jesus to begin his ascension to Heaven and therefore let us be saved through Christ Jesus.
