Jeff is a songwriter, ukulele and guitar player and singer. His most impressive achievement is writing a song for Slim Dusty's historic 'Looking Forward, Looking Back' CD. The Song was 'Memories and Dreams' co-written with Michael Fix. It received much attention and was re-released by Cat Southern in 2006. The song was nominated in the People's Choice awards for best heritage song in Tamworth, 2007.

I live with my wonderful family who keep sane and drive me mad in relatively equal amounts. I live on the Darling Downs in Queensland, Australia.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The advent of accessible computer produced music has opened up the world of musicians to each other and the world. Now if only we stopped to listen to each other as fast as we churn out mediocre music!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Strangely enough I think being rich and famous would not be too much of a trial and I make the promise right now to always wear my underwear.

I'm interested in a wide variety of musical forms, but started my career in folk. I've written country songs but prefer to dabble in modern acoustic music with strong jazz influences.
