Hello~ I like working as a groop better, but there's no one to work with, so here I am, solo. I'm just your average apart-from-all-society person. Not sure if I have a good voice, though. I doubt it. I REALLY doubt it.

Why this name?

"Yamiko" is a nickname used by all my friends. Because I used to be at least "half-goth" (as they say, which I most certainly am not...), and "yamiko" means "dark child" in Japanese.

Do you play live?

Live? Well....I'm always live. It's a recording. Ha ha!! I almost never get it right, so if it sound even a little good, please consider it a miracle. HA HA~

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

Of course. People don't really buy cds anymore. They download stuff off the internet.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

Only SM. If I really want to become a dancer or a singer, SM is where I want to shoot for. Of course, I took the global audition...me and my friend failed. But it's ok. (it's all good)

Your influences?

BoA got me into singing. She was my first hero. Then came along TVXQ. I LOVED their songs, but the people that got me into singing fast (not really like rapping, but....) is Super Junior. I kept practicing their rap and I got faster, without that many mispronounciations...I HOPE.

Favorite spot?

I've always been in New York and nowhere else. I want to go to Korea and Japan,.....
