Band History:
Howard Bragen has been a musician since the early seventies working in Britain and on the continent as well as being a regular at London's Marquee Club. He's appeared on radio and television and played at The Reading Festival.
In the eighties Howard played the London pub rock circuit with his band "Between 2 Rivers" releasing their first single Diamond Mining in 1988 with some considerable success on local radio.
He's made 4 solo albums The Rothko Room (1992), From The Edge To The Weir (1994) and D Samba (2002) and now his new release 'Looking At Now Through Then.'
The first two are "song albums" but D Samba features instrumental composition for the acoustic guitar and whilst the earlier works are fundamentally in a rock genre the new album is moving into jazz and latin territory.
Howard's new album 'Looking At New Through Then' returns to the more mainstream pop/rock genres that are more familier territory for this seasoned singer/songwriter.
In addition to his solo records Howard was involved in a recording project Song For Peace featuring amongst others Dave Gilmore, Bob Fripp and veteran US artist Richie Havens.
