Hello everyone! I hope you're all OK, I'm doing all right, thanks for asking.

I try and write music that sounds half-decent, fun electronica you could say. I'm also not very good at describing it.

Recently I've been starting to incorporate live instrumentation, tracks like 'Rollcage' and 'Guilty Pilot' don't feature any synths or samples whatsoever.
Why this name?
It used to be Cyren, then Cyren X, then CX1, then just CX until I eventually decided to just go for something plain and simple.
Do you play live?
I've just started playing live, kicked off with some music for a friend's theatre production in London.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think the internet is a necessary part of the music industry, some people don't seem to agree though.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hells yes.
Band History:
Not much to say here, I've just been writing music like this on my own for years.
Your influences?
Anything that's not throw-away, I like stuff that had a bit of thought put into it. Stuff like Autechre, Venetian Snares, Murcof, Bjork, Aphex Twin, Mogwai and Squarepusher.
Favorite spot?
London all the way.
Equipment used:
Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop, Creative External SoundBlaster thingy, Yamaha MG10/2 mixer, Behringer BCR2000 Midi Controller, Yamaha DTXPress electronic drums, Washburn acoustic guitar, electric guitar, Acoustic bass, Sennheiser HD 650 cans, Yamaha Stage Custom drums, piano.
Anything else...?
I hope you're all right.
