James Reimer started his musical career remixing tracks by such artists as Madonna, Eminem, and Lenny Kravitz, quickly gaining global notoriety under the moniker 'Starseed'. His music has become a favorite of radio and club DJs in the US, the UK, Germany, Russia, New Zealand, Malaysia and more!

James is now focusing that experience as the driving force behind the project 'Alcyone Prophet'. He writes and records all the original material, and takes on multiple roles including vocals, guitar, keyboards, drum programming, sample triggering, mixing and more.
