Yo, it's 1 Breath, holdin it down. Been writing for awhile now (roughly since'04), but still gettin used to recording. Been down with hip hop since I was 9 though.
Why this name?
I used to be Arsonist, dropped that name a few months ago. Arsonist came from a rhyme I had in a battle, and 1 Breath just came from some brainstorming.
Do you play live?
Not yet.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's a great tool for aspiring artists to get their music out.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yeah, as long as I'm still allowed creative freedom on the projects.
Band History:
Started out as Arsonist, dropped that name because of it not being original...and became 1 Breath. One half of The Street Poets, and a member of the Digi War Camp.
Your influences?
Nas, Rakim, alot of underground rappers. Anything lyrical really.
Favorite spot?
Pittsburgh, 412...holdin it down in the 724 currently.
