That is a long story, but the readers digest version is that our old name got copywritten by a metal band in Texas, and we had no ideas for a new name. Stowe was the name of an elegedly cute girl who none of us have ever met.

We play live quite often, in past years more frequently than now. We played Warehouse 21 in santa fe about once a month unil we moved to Albuquerque. Now we're trying to get gigs here and so far we have only played a couple shows both at the District.

Our band is all for the internet and mp3s as a way to get out music out to more people. Local musicians never make jack anyway, so our main focus is not money, but simply getting our music out there for people to hear. Having music availible on the internet for free download is a great advantage to us.

I'd have to say probably not. We produce and release all of our music ourselves, and the beauty of doing it that ways is that nobody can tell us to change our music. We play what we love and we will never compromise that for money or fame.

Our band has been together since 2003. We went through a major change in sound when we reduced our band size from four to three, but we have been better of for it.

Each member of our band has his or her favorate artists, namely AFI, Tool and Radio Head, but the sound of our band is more influenced by ourselves than other artists.

We have not had a chance to go out on tour as of yet, but when we do we'll let you know.
