Since forming in 2003, Aura-phobia has emerged from garage band to be dedicated mature musicians, continually to write, record and playing live.

The bands very first song “Phase” was featured on Kompilasi Pengamen Melbourne, a CD compilation of Melbourne-based bands which was launched in Indonesia 2004 (www.pengamenmelbourne.com).
Later that year following up to the success of song “Phase” Aura-phobia were invited to open and support international artist DEWA touring Australia.

Yes...in local pub around melbourne music scene regularly.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Really big, it changes the perspective of music industry because of it, so label will really really assure the new artist that they're gonna sign is worthy.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Absolutely, if it's good for the band why not?
Band History:
The band started as garage band by bunch of uni students in Melbourne. They later realized they got talent to go bigger as the audience respons positively and achived some reputation around local scene with radio, compilation etc.
Now they ready to go big with more songs ready to be finished.
