The Dutch Space Mission.
Biography:
Phrozenlight is the artistname of Bert Hülshoff.
He had released a lot of ambient space albums for free on the internet.
Search at www.archive.org or www.soundclick.com.
He had used in the beginning only freeware software to create his spacescapes, nowadays he uses also some hardware synths.
Von Haulshoven had released some albums on cassette and cd-r as Eppie E. Hulshof but adopted a new artistname.
Von Haulshoven uses hardware synths.
The albums which he had released are:
Mystique (1993)
Smoking E-Machines (1995)
Euro Sequence (??)
Gravity (??)
Transparant (1998)
Schimmige Beelden (1999)
Floating Waves (2002)
Both artists got connected via the internet on an forum about electronic music.
They had the same electronic artists as influence even when their own music was not similar.
One day they decided to make some music together.
Thanks to the internet they managed to create some fine space music, a combination of Berlin School and Ambient Soundscapes.
