Any non-profit use of the instrumentals on my SoundClick page are free of charge subject to the following conditions:
1. I retain copyrights of the beat and may continue sell leasing rights and exclusive rights to potential clients.
2. I will receive credit on a demo cover, mixtape cover, or in a medium approved by me in the following form: “Produced by Styles 101”
3. For completed songs - lyrical content added to the beat - I request but do not require the artist send me a copy of the final product for me to add to my SoundClick site. This benefits you the artist because I provide you another form of promotion at no charge.

COMMERCIAL USE
Albums, Mixtapes selling more than 500 copies…
Leasing Rights (Starting at $25 and up. Email Styles101MusicGroup@gmail.com for prices)
The purchaser of Leasing Rights receives non-exclusive rights to the beat. The purchaser and only the purchaser is entitled to one profitable recording or broadcast. The purchaser may not sell their Leasing Rights, or any other rights to the beat. I retain rights to the beat and may continue selling Leasing Rights and Exclusive Rights to potential clients. I will receive credit on the album cover, mixtape cover, or in a medium approved by me in the following form: “Produced by Styles 101”. I will lay out the instrumental in the form of your choosing, e.g. intro-hook-verse-hook… Package deals are available and prices are negotiable. For instance, Leasing Rights to five (5) beats are available for $100.

Exclusive Rights (Starting at $125 and up, Email Styles101MusicGroup@gmail.com for prices)
The purchaser of Exclusive Rights receives exclusive rights to the beat. The purchaser and only the purchaser is entitled to any and all profitable recordings and broadcasts. The purchaser may not sell their Exclusive Rights, or any other rights to the beat. The purchaser of Exclusive Rights and I will share the copyrights to the beat. Exclusive rights are sold to one individual and cannot be resold. Once Exclusive rights have been sold, the beat will be marked as sold and the mp3 download feature will be disabled. The beat however will remain on my SoundClick page. I will receive credit on the album cover, mixtape cover, or in a medium approved by me in the following form: “Produced by Styles 101”. I will lay out the instrumental in a form of your choosing, e.g. intro-hook-verse-hook… I will track out the different elements of the beat in WAV format for any further mixing you wish to do. You may elect to receive the instrumental by digital download or in a data CD by mail. Package deals are available and prices are negotiable. PURCHASE PROCESS
1. Contact me by email (Styles101MusicGroup@gmail.com) regarding the beats you are interested in and the rights you wish to purchase. I will quote you non-negotiable prices (except for package deals, i.e. multiple beats). I check my email regularly and you can expect a response within two business day.
2a. For non-profit use, I will email you the same snippet on my SoundClick site or you may simply use the mp3 download feature. See above for further stipulations.
2b. For Leasing Rights, send me payment by PayPal or Western Union. Once payment has been received and processed, I will lay out the beat in the form of your choosing and the beat in WAV format will be made available to you either by digital download or by mail as a data CD.
2c. For Exclusive Rights, I will send you two contracts. Sign both copies and send the two copies back to me. Then send me payment by PayPal or Western Union. Once payment has been received and processed, I will sign both contracts and send a copy back to you. Along with the contract, I will send you the beat tracked out in WAV format into the different elements and laid out in the form of your choosing.
