Music is the soul of life.The very reason that you listen to music is that you want to connect to your inner self... you want to connect to your soul.That is all what Vtamas,our band is all about... soulful music...

Why this name?
Vtamas is a sanskrit word meaning "from darkness to light". It represents our transition from obscurity to finding our true self.

It was all live music before this happened!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It gives a chance for people to acknowledge the music across the world.It gives a level playing field for newcomers.

Band History:
The band was unofficially formed about a year and a half ago.We started off by playing our favorite songs.Then everything just happened!
