MySpace:

Be sure to check out my myspace page and add me... I'm much more an active member on that site (simply because I haven't fully learned how to use SoundClick).

I am 23-years-young and I am currently residing in 831, California. I am a student at C.S.U.M.B. and majoring in Music.

I have been singing all my life but have never really taken it seriously. It's just something I'm passionate about and enjoy doing.

I grew up listening to music, like most everyone else, but I was always very moved by it, which is not so common. Music strikes me in a fashion that doesn't make sense to very many people and I can't even begin to explain it.

This is definitely not finished but I will end it for now with this: Trust your heart, follow your dreams, and embrace life with open arms.

Why this name?
This is my birth-given name. Anthony is my father's middle name, and well, you know the rest.
Do you play live?
I have only performed live a few times in my life, but never my own work. I performed at a few birthday parties, school musicals, P.A.PHI serenades, and most often in the shower (haha). I get all kinds of stage-fright, haha!

The most special performance was when I sang a Hawaiian song with my Mom (she is an incredible singer) for her luau. It was indeed a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Oh, and family always seems to Kareoke-it-up at the get-togethers, you know?!
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet provides an alternative gateway for aspiring artists who just don't have the means to gain exposure any other way.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I would sign a record contract with a major label if they were looking, but I would have to be able to retain my style, which is still developing, and follow my own vision.
Band History:
I have a MySpace Music webpage that you can all check out:

Your influences?
There are definitely plenty of artists that influence and to be honest, each and every bit of music, poetry, and literature that I read and/or hear have some influence on me and become a part of my style whether I like it or not. I soak it all up like a sponge and try to share what I've experienced with you.
Favorite spot?
I love the beach. =]

As for my all-time favorite spot, just find me at the beach, day or night... I'll be there.
Equipment used:
I use a Shure Dynamic Mic and some cheap Sony Headphones. I have a not-so-good soundcard and a slow computer that freezes when I record (which makes for plenty of "retakes," haha). Oh, and I have a mic stand and a little yamaha keyboard.
Anything else...?
I hope you like the music. I don't quite have the equipment and/or programs to make my own instrumentals (which I also enjoy doing and am barely scratching the surface with) so I use the resources available to me by coming to soundclick.com artists by writing and singing to their instrumentals for mutual exposure. Furthermore, I give full credit and I also try to advertise each and every producer that I "work with" so they, too, can hopefully gain something from the experience. =]

In advance, I apologize for the quality of my recordings, I'm in no way recording from a studio. But hopefully you think it's good enough to enjoy. =]

If you'd like to work with me, holla! (I'm not too sure yet about the messaging system on SoundClick as I've only been an artist on here since December of 06, so get at me on MySpace if possible.)

God Bless!
