Why this name?
My boy Overdose gave me the name Rushorcist. The name Rush is stemmed from the song Car Thief by the Beastie Boys. Heard it in there and it sounded cool...and later on it became an acronym as Righteous Underground Seoul Hero...as im korean and all.
Do you play live?
I got a turntable system upstairs...haha...i do play live but not for rapping....play snare for concert band and drum kit for jazz gigs...
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
For me its been a big help. Gave me a chance to meet mad cool heads and improve a sh*** load..and in general it gives light to a lot of kids....altho some are complete fags that should stick to jumping off cliffs and taking nasal moneyshots and working at disney....
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Ive got a strange fetish for Def Jux...but money does wonders on the mind...im hoping that tom would take over and smack rush if my dignity got raped by a label pimp...creativity is the key...
