First you take a human who grew up listening to "grunge" and alt-rock his whole life, and was classically trained on the piano--but only till about age 8--and then plop him down at a computer with a copy of Fruityloops, CoolEdit96, and a bazillion free virtual synthesizers. Five years later, this is what you get.
Why this name?
It was originally Corduroy Rock Star, inspired by the initials of a fictional company (Consumer Recreation Services) in *The Game* with Michael Douglas. Then I realized I didn't really do a lot of rock (which I had originally envisioned), or wear corduroy pants anymore (since 99?). Next it was Biochemical Machine--inspired by the belief in a mechanistic universe. But nothing ever got released under the pseudonym, and it seemed pretty clunky, at 7 syllables.

BioLogic was a way to shore up the concept, and ammend the rather cynical view of reality I had at the time of the Biochemical moniker.
Do you play live?
Can't. I'm not good enough to play some of this stuff live, without a lot of practice... and I'm lazy as hell. Did play out in a rock band called The Bonnie Situation, but that's another story.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Can't imagine so. What record label would sign a guy who's not willing to perform live, and wants to have complete artistic freedom without a fan base?
Favorite spot?
Flagstaff, AZ. Seattle, WA. Portland, OR. Probably in that order.
