A Parody of Donna Lewis' 'I Love You Always Forever' about Checkers and Meat in General, was my first hand written parody, although not the first I sang.

I actually never intended on recording this song, much less for it to be one of my more popular downloads. The Meat Song is a parody of Donna Lewis' hit song "I Love You Always Forever", so many love songs between that one, Love Fool (Jewell) and I'll Make Love to You (Boys II Men) I figured, why not parody one. My friend John, who worked at Checkers at the time, heard me singing it, and enjoyed what he heard enough to make me actually write it down. . .alas, several years later Project 1 seemed a little light, and I decided I'd record it.
