I'm Sokhary. I am a dedicated mother, daughter, sister, friend, and lover. My passion for singing became an inspiration to me when my father toured me around city to city and performed at Cambodian weddings. At this time, I was only 2 years old. When I was 8, I'd rather be in a room yelling to Mariah Carey's CD's than listen to my mommy. I was a rebel. I started performing when I was 12 years old. My life revolved around sports and as well as music. I became fond of my friends/family motivating me to pursue a music career. Although being Cambodian/American frightened me in the music industry, I stepped out and started to take my singing more seriously in school. As others would say I was described as an ASIAN with BLACK SOUL. Gotta love it, right? =). I believe this year will expand to a new journey if I'm not afraid of taking it. No matter where it takes me I refuse to fail without trying. Nor' will I be afraid of losing. Enjoy my beautiful writing I have. I put my full heart and soul into these music.
