I'm new to this, and I don't have a band at the moment; I did when I lived in Dallas, and now I'm networking to start one in San Diego. I'm a blues guitarist, although sometimes I venture into other types of music too. Hell, I'll play anything written on a $20...
Why this name?
It's my own, although my band back in Dallas was the Juice Daddies. My two year old picked that one.
Do you play live?
I love to play live. There's an awesome vibe between a band and a crowd. In Dallas I mostly played biker bars and road houses.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I appreciate that music is so much more accessible now.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I doubt they'll look my way.
Your influences?
All the usual blues guys: Stevie, Jimi, Eric, Robert Cray, Doyle Bramhall II, Albert (both of 'em), and all the Dallas locals like AJ Babineaux, Leo De La Vega, and the other cats that take time to show me some chops.
Equipment used:
Strats, Dr Z's, and a rotating board of effects.
Anything else...?
I'm just starting the home recording thing, so bear with me.
