Now that I have time to actually sit down and do something, I shall update this introductory section to my soundclick account. :)
Firstly, thanks so much for taking the time to drop by, I really, really appreciate it - no matter you like my singing or not.
Singing has never really been my hobby. Although, I was always a choir member, I only stuck to Alto becauses I got so sick of not being able to hit high notes, was has put me off singing lots of times. Most of the time, I end up playing the piano accompaniment for the choir instead anyway.
It was in October 2006 that I started recording and experiencing / experimenting with new things. Basically I was amazed by how much I actually enjoyed recording and have continued doing so ever since. I have never ever had any vocal trainings before (and I wish I had) so I only sing the way that I feel like singing it. To me, stable pitch and adequate amounts of emotion/energy (interpretation of the song) are the most important things that I look for in a song. I enjoy critiquing other people's singing a lot too!
I mainly sing Japanese songs. I started off mainly singing songs from anime series and some random J-POP. However, I am now starting to step out of my comfort zone, singing in other languages like Korean as well. Also, I have been really into J-ROCK stuff lately so you will see a lot of that on my page too. I used to only stick to singing guy songs but I also have been working on my higher range. ^^ I know I still strain to reach *some* high notes and stuff but I have been working hard to improve so please bear with me. :"D
Playing the piano and composing are also my hobbies, so remember to stay tuned for a varied amount of stuff appearing here! Anyhow anyhow, enjoy your stay here. If you have any comments, feel free to e-mail me or drop me a message on my message board! :D
Special thanks to those who have added my songs to their stations/ downloaded my songs/ listened to my songs/ commented on them etc. Without you guys, I would never have become who I am now (sorry it sounds corny :"3) I appreciate you guys very much! =D
Thanks for reading 8D

Why this name?
They are initials taken from my real name.
Do you play live?
Yes, lots of times in differenet open piano competitions but that's all really. I don't think that I'd ever have the guts to sing live although I really want to try =P
I play percussion (the marimba) live too but less so than playing the piano live.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Well... there are both positive and negative things with this.. I'm very thankful for the internet though, or else we (as amateur 'online singers') would never have had the chance to share our music online and such ^^..
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I... wish.. :D
Your influences?
DBSK, Gackt, HIMEKA, L'arc~en~Ciel, Nano
Favorite spot?
For some reason my recordings turn out with better quality when I record in the UK than when I record in HK. But, obviously, HK is my favourite city coz I was born there! It is where my heart belongs 8D!
Equipment used:
Just a random crappy microphone bought initially to chat with people on the net. XD And I started using it to record :P I use Adobe Audition to mix.
Anything else...?
Nice meeting you ^__^ (For those who are interested, I was born and have lived in Hong Kong until three years ago THEN I went to the UK to study and am still spending most of my time there ^^)
