1.30.07- The project has been named.
"Religion vs. Relationship" is finished. Release date is set for February 2, 2007.
To celebrate, a new single has been put up, Thugz Challenge. The song hands out a challenge to all thugz, playas and pimps- or wannabes- Treat your lady right!

You were first introduced to me back in 2001 at http://www.soundclick.com/rets
After five years of ups and downs; trials and tribulation; just general hardship- I am back!
Totally due to God alone, I have grown through the harsh and barren desert that was the last five years. I have come closer to Him, and closer to the knowledge of who He is.
I have also seen first hand the hypocrisy of organized religion. I have a new understanding of what Jesus Christ meant when He said, "Come as a child."
Children never rejoice or praise God because of religion, because of repetitive preordained practices. They praise God because of pure emotion. They praise and worship and love Him from their hearts, not their heads.
That is what "religion" was meant to be. A relationship. Not just the nod to Heaven Christianity seems to have become.
So, it has led to this point. And this project, "Religion vs Relationship." This time, it's about relationship, and the wonders of a real relationship with the Creator.
