Leasing $20 - $40:
You may use for only one commercial purpose that is under 2,500 units. If you sell over that amount you must come back to purchase another lease or exclusive rights. I still have the right to sell the instrumental until exclusive rights are purchased. It also must state on your release "Produced by EastSideTracks" in the song credits. Beats will be sent in 320 bitrate mp3 with contract.

Exclusive $100-$300:
You may use for any commercial purpose you desire. You are the sole owner and rights can't be transfered or re-sold by both parties. It also must state on your release "Produced by EastSideTracks" in the song credits. Beats will be sent in mastered wav format or mp3 and tracked out with contract.

Payment Options:
As soon as full payment is received, beats will be sent out ASAP.
Paypal, Money Order, Check, Western Union. Specific information will be given upon purchase.
