I am a transgender peace & justice folk activist musician orginating from the Ozarks region of Southwest Missouri in central North America.
Why this name?
For several years I performed under the name Maioan Person, but am now just distributing my music with my real name, Midge Potts because that is who I am! However, I am still "My own person" of course.

Do you play live?
I have played all across the country at coffee house open mics, and have also played anti-war rallies at various places including the White House in DC and Camp Casey in Crawford Texas.
