At 22 Years of age, Jess Jackson has 8 years of DJing, 3 years of modelling and 5 years of remixing, Songwriting, producing and engineering. At the age of 17 Jess hooked up with Slammin Vinyl Records where he was introduced to DJ Redz.

Together they formed “Active Minds” and produced many tracks including the all famous record “Hobsons Choice” which made No.1 in the Kiss FM Garage chart and No.2 in the Choice FM Garage charts, the record also sold over 15,000 copies. Jess continued to work with Redz on remixes and as the in house Engineer for Slammin studios.

One year later and Jess had built a Studio in south London Battersea with Simon Francs (Audio Bullys) where they recorded “24-7” with Roachford. They named the studio’s Deep End Recordings.

At the same time Jess was busy working as the in-house engineer for POW studio’s London, Engineering sessions for the likes of Faithless, Rough Drivers, Paul Gotel and other big names.

Jess then signed a production deal with Pure Silk Records London and also became their in-house engineer, producing and editing many of Pure silk’s compilation Albums and Radio adverts for Kiss FM Capital Radio and Choice FM.

Jess is now managing Amber Melody Singer Songwriter and is also working alongside Frankie Foncett for Outlaw Records M.O.B mainly concentrating on Productions and Remixes more so than DJing.
