Why this name?
That's my nickname given to me by my boy The Showstoppa. He said that I'm always trying to do something new, switch the game up, so he started calling me The Inavata, and I've had it ever since.
Do you play live?
I make beats, so I don't play live.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It makes it easier for you to get your music out to the people, because that's what it's all about, making that music that the people can feel.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I got my own company, so I'm focused on building that right now.
Your influences?
Some of my influences as far as producers are Dr. Dre, DJ Premier, RZA, Kanye West, Just Blaze, The Heatmakerz, and many others.
Favorite spot?
You can find me in L-Town, KS or Kansas City, MO most of the time.
Equipment used:
I use FL Studio for now, but I'm looking to set up a studio at my crib in the future.
