PURCHASING/LEASING INFORMATION:

LEASING:

As the leasee of a production, you will have non-exclusive allowance to use ANY production from Ware Productions and its artists. You will receive the clean, untagged, professional quality instrumental in any format that fits your requirements. (i.e. verse-hook-verse-hook;4 bar hook-32 bar verse-4 bar hook; etc...).

You will be able to:

1. Use the production for the distribution of a maximum of 2,000 units on one commercial release. If the 2,000 units mark is reached, a re-newed contract must be negotiated or you may exclusively purchase the instrumental.

2. Use the production for non-profit promotional purposes such as demo distribution, mixtapes, hand outs, etc...

To prevent multiple artists from purchasing the same instrumental from Ware Productions, sales from the same city, town, or province will be kept to a minimal.

For Example:
Artist 1 lives in New York and has purchased an instrumental. Artist 2 also lives in New York and is interested in the same instrumental. Artist 2 will not have the opportunity to purchase the production. However, if Artist 3, who lives in Germany, wants to purchase the beat, he may do so, because he will not conflict with the original purchaser of the beat.

EXCLUSIVES:

Purchasing a beat exclusively means that the purchaser is the sole owner of all rights to the beat. They will receive separated .wav files of the production. All past leases of the exclusively purchased beat will be honored and future leases will be denied.


PRICING:

Leases: Any leased beat will start out at a minimum of $15 U.S.

Exclusive Rights: Any exclusively purchased beat will start out at a minimum of $100 U.S. More high quality productions will be priced at a minimum of $300 U.S.
