Why this name?
I Co-wrote a song with a Len Byers titled Casting Nets and that just sounded good to me and kind of painted a picture of how the life of a christian should be lived.
Do you play live?
Not very often. I'm sort of a one man band with friends that help out when I do perform.
My first live performamce was for my pastor's wedding. That helped take the edge off of being in front of a crowd.

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's great. Now I can get feed back from someone that will say what needs to be said.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Never know.
Your influences?
Beatles, Zepplin, Joe Walsh, Eagles, mostly 60,s and 70's stuff.
Favorite spot?
Don't know for sure. I haven't seen enough of the world yet. At this point it's the foothills of North Carolina.
