How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
More people get to hear samples of artists without actually buying an entire CD. If I want to hear what a band sounds like, I download an MP3, instead of buying a full length CD for $10, so if I don't like the band for some reason, I would not have wasted $10.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends on the contract.
