Hi y'all! Thanks for lookin' in. I have been in various Bluegrass Bands and Bailey's Bluegrass Mafia was a pretty good band. We loved playing to audiences of all ages. We played a mix of down home traditional and uptown bluegrass music. We like to put smile on our audiences faces. My musical style is changing a little. still acoustic but branching into different dirctions

Why this name?
Just thought it would be cool

How did that get there ?lol
Do you play live?
Yes, we play LIVE and we love every second of it! We play theatres, festivals, pubs, clubs, special charity events, private parties, and community fund raisers. Special moments mmmm... I loved playing at the Paramount Arts Center in Ashland, KY
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think The internet helps to promote the song writer and musician. It gives us a way to launch our material and test it. Promoting ourselves has never been easier.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Of course I would if they want to give me a good deal. Not bloody likely to happen but you never know.
Band History:
This is a brand new band. We have got a lot of history to make. I have been in a few bands through the years. Pine Creek, Poverty String Band, Robin Tackett and a Taste of Grass, The Kentucky Gamblers, and Grassahol. Looks like this band ended early so I am back looking for band members again... didn't make a lot of history but we had fun.

Your influences?
JD Crowe and the New South, Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver, Blue Highway, Mountain Heart, Wildfire, Lonesome River Band, Ricky Skaggs, Del McCoury, Cherryholmes, New Grass Revival, David Grisman,Ronnie Bowman, Rhonda Vincent,The Beatles,Eric Clapton, Grateful Dead, and Jimmy Buffet
Favorite spot?
Nashville, Tennessee and Ashland, Kentucky and heck, even Columbus, Ohio
Equipment used:
used to have a lot but now i have an old mandolin and guitar... no particular brand
Anything else...?
I just want to thank people who listen to my tunes and hope that we can sell a few songs and get a record deal someday.
