Why this name?
The name comes from the lyrics of one of our songs,'Trouble', which deals with similar patterns of suffering repeated through different generations of the same family.(Yeah, another typically cheery Mechanics of Sorrow ditty!!)The second verse goes..."Now she's in her teens/each end of the candle is burning like there's no tomorrow/every night after school in the back seat of his car/ she's learning the mechanics of sorrow as another unwanted child starts to grow..."
