Stainless has been rapping since the early ninetys and has put out 4 mixtapes from 1998 to 2006 (There would have been more but due to incarceration it was only 4)In 1998 under the name ILLMENTAL he released "Faces Of A Man", at a time when artists were'nt known for releasing their own mixtapes. In 2000 he released "For the Whole World To See". In 2005 he released "Da Price of Bein Famous". In 2006 he released "Been Thru It All"

Why this name?

I chose the name Stainless because it describes a certain untouchable quality I possess....I can't let life stain my aura

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?

The internet changed the music industry by letting all unsigned and independent artists have a chance to market themselves internationally as opposed to waiting for the record companies to promote us

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

If the contract and label are benefcial to my movement, yes. If not I have no problem doing this independently like I've been doing
