Cain in Exile

Some nostalgic days when you feel like your mad gee-tar skillz have deserted you, There are always the old tapes from a decade ago, Before there was Myspace and mp3s, There were dudes in garages with three mics, a skanky old mixer and a stereo with the red light on. Recording live and direct into the stereo seems pretty primitive by today's tech-geek standards. It was primitive then too. But it worked. In one take. Once everyone has grown out of the game, And got real jobs, You can always dig out the old school sounds, And remember, Its better to be a has-been, Than a never-was.
Why this name?
One guy said "Pain" and other said "no, Cain". The "Cain" became "Cain...". Yes, with elipsis and everything! Crazy kids! But now that the interweb is literally crawling with teen metal geeks in bands named Cain and Deathhummer and Satan-Fellatiator and what have you, the name needed some embellishment for uniqueness' sake. The members are now far flung to various cities about the globe, so on the interweb at least, we are Cain in Exile.
Do you play live?
Not anymore. Not since January 1999 at least. Maybe one day in the distant future...
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Show me the money, sukkah.
