Hi I'm Scott A. Brady, A.K.A. Stonerscott. You can listen to a mix of songs listed under both bands by clicking here

I've been playing guitar and writing songs for a few years now. I don't have a band yet, and most of the songs I've written I've recorded solo with one of my acoustic guitars. As far as effects, I mostly use just a little compression and noise reduction...so these recordings sound pretty much as it would if I were playing live in the room with you.
Do you play live?
I'll usually play at home, at friends' houses, or maybe sitting around a camp fire. I do enjoy going out to a bar or club to preform. When time permits, I'll hit any local bar that hosts an open mic.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet and the advent of lower cost home recording has leveled the playing field. This allows artists that would be initially overlooked by a major label to gain exposure and compete. Additionally, MP3s have forced artists to provide value that fans will CHOOSE to pay pay for on a song by song basis, rather than be forced to buy a whole album (which might be just fluff) to get one good song.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Depends on what is printed in the contract.
Your influences?
Influences? That's a tough question. My taste in music is quite varied, and all of it has undoubtedly influenced my inspirations. I do listen to everything, but I must say some of my favorites include... Pink floyd, Bob Seager, Korn, Beethoven, Eric Clapton, Stonesour, System of a Down, Pantera, RHCP, Tom Petty, Eminem, Tom Petty, Beasty Boys, Metalica, Bob Dylan, NonPoint, GnR, Pantera, CCR, SlipKnot, Tchaikovsky, and the list goes on...
Favorite spot?
So far, I've had the most fun of my life while I lived in Daytona Beach, FL....Of course the best is yet to come.
Equipment used:
I have a Takamine EG230 and a Fender Telecoustic. Although both are fun I mostly play with my Takamine. It sounds best as just plain acoustic...at home or in the studio. If/When I must plug in I'll choose either the Fender or the Dean, depending on the desired sound (usually the tele-acoustic, as I prefer the acoustic sound.
