I sing, but I'm not a singer
I write, but I'm not a writer
I play guitar, but I'm not a guitarist
I play the drums, but I'm not a drummer.
I'm a Storyteller...I'm an Artist.
Why this name?
My father named me after an Army Buddy of his. I never liked my name. The only good thing about it is that not a lot of people have it.
Do you play live?
I used to be in a band and we did play live I played the drums and some guitar.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It gives uknown artists the opportunity to showcase their music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If given the opportunity I would, but I haven't reach the level that I need to make it there. It just takes time to become that good, but I haven't stopped dreaming yet.
Band History:
I've been writting songs on and off since I was 14 yrs old. I've had some dry spells over the years but I always recover.
Your influences?
I don't consider myself a commercial artist. If I had to put myself in any category it would be Alternative-other however I could easily see myself in any other number of music categories. My music influences: The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, Paul McCartney,
The Bee Gees, Fountains of Wayne, Weezer, SADE
Favorite spot?
San Francisco, CA
Anything else...?
I'm working on some songs I stared writing in 2002 that I haven't completed yet. Also, My former bandmates and I are thinking of getting the band back together and possibly do some gigs.
