I am Matthew Myers lead sing, guitarist, and bassist of Matt T.
Why this name?
I wanted my band name to be different and my sister used to call me Matty so I am Matt T.
Do you play live?
Never played live yet but I'm in a band and we might do the school Talent Show.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The band or singer doesn't get as much money, but who really cares. I'm happy the way I live now I don't really want alot of money
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Never. It's easier for me to record myself and make my own CDs
Band History:
I started in the fall of 2005 as the Delinkwents with me on guitar and my friend on bass. Then we got a drummer and changed our name to suspence, then we got another drummer, then another. Then i kicked my bassist out because he can't play bass or sing.
Your influences?
The Ramones, Sex Pistols, The Clash, Marilyn Manson, Pete Townshend (The Who), Johnny Cash, Staind, Motorhead, and Rammstein
Favorite spot?
My favorite city has to be Philadelphia, PA
