Teddy Hurricane questions the definition of genre, blending techno, jazz, rock, classical, ambient, and experimental all under the guise of "electronic music"
Why this name?
My best friend died in a hurricane when he was 6, and all that was found in one piece has his teddy bear.
Do you play live?
At this time Teddy Hurricane does not perform live, primarily because we desire to perfect our talent at recording music.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It changes it for the better, in my opinion. I want people to hear my music, not just buy records.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Of course, so long as they would respect my vision.
Band History:
Started in 2004, under the moniker, The Wandering Tree. Since then, we have gone through many different incarnations, resting at present on Teddy Hurricane. Members have varied over time, with Jewel Marsh being the main member.
