President A.C., born and raise in Memphis, TN. The high school days inspired him to venture into a career in rap in life. “The majority of coming up, I tried a lot of things as a teen like playing AAU Basketball, Football, Baseball, Band, and I was even on the Bowling Team back in high school. But rapping was my main talent. But what really made me choose rapping out of going to school on a band or basketball scholarship was haters. Back in school we use to have freestyle session or we might be bumping a verse from our song. But for some reason when its my turn to flow, people start to laugh at the way I use my rhymes and my sound, they would use to say things like stick to basketball instead of rapping or stick to band. I always had a different style from these people back in school, all I would do was bump Bone Thugs and Cash Money Millionaires (the old ones: Big Tymers and Hot Boyz). So I guess listening to so much of them gave me a different style of rapping instead of doing that "M-TOWN" style. I can go like ten pages strong of how so much went down coming up as a young teen entering into the rap game.” After high school President AC soon found himself ranked among the city's top rappers. What really got him hot in the rap game was when he start to take flights outside of the city. Every since then President A.C., start doing shows from the South to the West Coast and creating one of the biggest fan base ever from the streets to the internet.

Why this name?
Being around alot of haters coming up, telling me that I need to stick to basketball instead of rapping, so I always wanted to prove people wrong, so after I decided to take the game serious, then three years later I'm rocking major shows with major artist and going city to city on tour, so I told myself its time to take over, so thats how I came up with "PRESIDENT A.C."

Do you play live?
Yea, I perform LIVE all the time, I have a big fan base in TN & TX, I been doing alot of shows, I been on tour with DUB MAGAZINE CAR SHOW TOUR, I did shows with them from Memphis, TN all the way to San Diego, CA

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It change the game alot, because if it wasnt for internet I would be where I'm at now, because the city I come from dont never want to work together and help the HOT upcoming artist out, internet took me from Memphis to Dallas to San Diego to New Orleans, and so on

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Yea, I would if they could match me a better offer then what Im bringing in now
